The window and door trims as well as the banister were crafted from chestnut and are as sturdy as ever. The cozy sunporch is a perfect space to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.  There is a bedroom on the first floor which could be used as a study, office or dining area.  A two-car garage located on one side of the wrap-around driveway has a large room upstairs built-ins and under eave space which would work as a studio or storage area!   The sturdy 8′ x 8′ shed has additional storage for your gardening/yard/toys.
